Operationalizing DEI: Identifying challenges and finding a way forward
DEI professionals strive to create change in organizations, but they face obstacles in implementing these solutions, and their efforts often do not yield desired outcomes. In an ever-changing landscape, DEI professionals benefit from convening to exchange ideas and practical strategies. In this interactive community of practice event, we will facilitate discussions around developing and implementing DEI initiatives, identifying challenges DEI practitioners face, and collaborating to find a way forward.
