CCDI Community of Practice events are designed to be highly interactive sessions of two and ½ hours, to foster an intimate environment in which participants feel secure to learn and explore a specific diversity and inclusion topic.
No matter your level of experience with diversity and inclusion, human rights, or human resources, CCDI Community of Practice events will provide you with a unique learning experience.
After two years of presenting these events virtually, we are glad to announce that we will be offering both in-person and virtual sessions this fall. We will host the in-person events in nine cities across Canada, including Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Regina, Winnipeg, Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, and Halifax.
Imagine the ideal inclusive workplace, one where every human feels seen, heard, valued and respected. How do teammates interact with each other? How do leaders communicate? How do we advocate for each other?
In CCDI’s fall Community of Practice event, we will explore what a culture of belonging and inclusion looks and feels like, and develop practical skills and strategies to help you create inclusive relationships and spaces in your organization.
This event takes an experiential learning approach where participants build accountability and learn practical skills to create a culture of belonging within their workplaces.
