CCDI Community of Practice events are designed to be highly interactive sessions of three hours, to foster an intimate environment in which participants feel secure to learn and explore a specific diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) topic.
No matter your level of experience with diversity and inclusion, human rights, or human resources, CCDI Community of Practice events will provide you with a unique learning experience.
We are glad to announce that we will be offering both in-person and virtual sessions this fall, which will take place throughout October and early November 2023. We will host the in-person events in six cities across Canada, including Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, and Halifax.

DEI professionals strive to create change in organizations, but they face obstacles in implementing these solutions, and their efforts often do not yield desired outcomes. In an ever-changing landscape, DEI professionals benefit from convening to exchange ideas and practical strategies. In this interactive Community of Practice event, we will facilitate discussions around developing and implementing DEI initiatives, identifying challenges DEI practitioners face, and collaborating to find a way forward.
