Christen McIntosh

Christen McIntosh holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and is an Operations Manager, CPDI, Electrical Sector - Electrical Americas – Eaton Canada. Christen is a skilled, results-driven professional with 20+ years of experience with Eaton Corporation in various roles. Christen enjoys identifying opportunities for improvement and creating and implementing meaningful change through effective communication community involvement and teamwork. Christen was also a leader of two Employee Resource Group’s at Eaton Industries. WAVE iERG for women supporting STEM and the advancement and empowerment of women in the electrical industry and most recent, BIPOC which is designed to identify new ways for listening, learning, co-creating with, and investing in, Black, Indigenous and People of Color. Christen believes in, engaging with and encouraging others; to value differences and share different perspectives within the workplace and the community will lead to greater performance, globalization and innovation. 

Christen is on the Board of Directors for the African Caribbean Council of Halton (ACCH) and is passionate about the dismantling of Racism within Canada and abroad and believes that Racism is not only violence – it is differences in rights, privileges and opportunity baked into institutions over generations to oppress BIPOC. Christen believes that defeating racism is an active process of unlearning and re-educating, of facing the problem head-on and remaking our society in the true idea of equality.
