Manager, Partner Relations
Josephine joins CCDI with over 20 years’ experience working with client services and technical support.
Born and raised in the Maritimes, and having experienced bi-racial adoption, Josephine instinctively created her path in DEI through lived experience and shared it through theater, poetry and music. Seeing an opportunity to maintain her bilingual status, she made her way to Quebec to immerse herself in the abundance of multicultural and creative opportunities available to her in Montreal. She graduated from The Dome Theater with a professional acting degree, recorded an album and her spoken word has been included in “Talking Book” (Cumulous Press).
Josephine returned home to the Maritimes many years ago, to be closer to family and the sea! And as a result, discovered that DEI had made its way into the conversation in the Atlantic Provinces.
Over the past 20 years, she has worked closely with diverse teams and clients, training, supporting in the contact center environment, the hotel industry and proudly at The Moncton public library.
Josephine is a published author of her first children’s book “Momma Gave” (Editions Bouton D’or), based on her spoken word piece about her adoption story of thanks to her birth and adoptive mothers, and is a proud mum to her fur-babies Lola and Molly.
