Jessica Diamond (She, her)

Jessica is a senior human resources professional whose passion is supporting the growth and happiness of her colleagues and encouraging them to bring their whole, authentic selves to work. 

Jessica graduated from Toronto Metropolitan University and George Brown College and is a Certified Human Resources Leader from the HRPA. She is also certified to provide Mental Health First Aid from the Mental Health Commission of Canada. 

What Jessica enjoys most about the DEI space is analyzing the intersectionality of diversity and the impact that has on the personal lens through which people view the world.

Jessica strives to connect those from marginalized communities with employment opportunities and endeavours to create a more accessible world for all. 

In her spare time, Jessica enjoys reading science fiction, re-watching The West Wing for the third time, and hanging out with her two cats, Milo and Lila.
