Relational approaches to sustaining DEIA: Identity, interconnection, and conflict resolution

Join us for a dynamic and transformative community of practice, where we will explore the pivotal role identity, interconnection, and conflict resolution play in building pathways toward sustaining and strengthening diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA). Through collaborative convening and resource sharing, participants will have opportunities to develop critical reflection tools, learn the languages of conflict resolution, and find resources through collective wisdom. Relational approaches can help us centre a dynamic, interconnected, future-oriented approach to DEIA, rooted in human rights and justice – a future where everyone belongs.

Learning objectives

Participants will develop the following learning outcomes from our Community of Practice sessions:

  • Cultivate a deeper understanding of identity and intersectionality in the workplace.
  • Embrace diverse languages and approaches to conflict resolution.
  • Co-create a collective interconnected map of DEIA's strengths, challenges, resources and future actions.
