Neuroinclusive workplaces are vital to fostering equity, accessibility and innovation. This webinar examines how employers can create adaptable, inclusive workplace cultures online and in person. Recognizing and integrating neurodiversity into workplace culture is vital to removing barriers, stigma, and patterns of exclusion and underemployment that neurodivergent people experience. Participants will explore neuroinclusive values, practices, and employment case scenarios to build their awareness, language, and application in accessibility and inclusion.
Audience/Level: This webinar is for learners with a foundational understanding of equity and inclusion, seeking to deepen their knowledge and apply neuroinclusive practices in workplace settings.
