Canadian are known for their (un) apologetic politeness. But a new song from the Canadian Centre of Diversity and Inclusion is challenging that. The song, called Free AF, celebrates Canadian freedoms in a fun, quirky and NSFW way. Check it out below.
The Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion launched the song this week, just in time for Canada Day as a way for Canadians to celebrate their differences because, according to the song, when we do that, then we’re “Free AF”.
“This is a fun way to talk about a serious subject,” says Michael Bach, Founder and CEO at Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion. “We enjoyed doing this video because it reflects us. We took the opportunity to celebrate our peoples’ differences, their beauty and contributions. Together we help make our country a great nation. Check it out.
The Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion hopes the song will spark conversation and become a point of pride for Canadians all across the country.
